• Terminated users may lose access to all uploaded content.

7. Subscription Plans

• Plans renew monthly or annually unless canceled.
• No refunds except in special cases as determined by Boostcast.

8. Promotions, Contests, Sweepstakes

Each will have its own terms. By participating, you agree to those terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform-related content (excluding user content) is the property of Boostcast LLC.

10. Feedback & Suggestions

Boostcast may use submitted feedback without obligation or compensation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Boostcast.
